Alexandros Triglimas
Founder & CEO
Alexandros Triglimas is the founder and CEO of Critica Pharmaceuticals. Before starting Critica, he was a Head of Commercial Operations / Europe of Elpen Pharmaceuticals and a Head of Corporate Development of Elpen’s Group of Companies. He was a Commercial Director of Active Health, the first and leading Pharmacy chain in Greece. Founder and CEO of a retail Pharmacy in Athens and successfully divested the business before entering the corporate world. He was trained as a Pharmacist in Evagelismos National Hospital in Athens, Greece.
Mr. Triglimas holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Aristotle University, and a MBA from Warwick University of UK.
Fay Fitrou
COO
Fay Fitrou is the COO of Critica Pharmaceuticals. She was a Head of OTC unit of Lavipharm group of Companies and the Product Manager of Castalia Laboratoires Dermatologiques. She was the Brand Coordinator in Estee Lauder Hellas, introducing the MAC Cosmetics into Greece. She had marketing roles in Proton Investment Bank and Tsavliris Shipping Company. She was trained as an assistant marketing manager in Elinoil Petroleum Co. in Athens, Greece.
Mrs. Fitrou holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing from Deree College of Athens, and a M.Sc in Marketing from Kent University of UK.

Gregory Dimakopoulos

Gregory Dimakopoulos is a Board Member of Recordati Hellas with more than thirty five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
After the initial activity as Product Manager at Sterling-Winthrop, in 1989 he joined Astra Zeneca, where he covered different positions with growing responsibilities becoming President as of 1995. As of 2005 he created a totally new Greek subsidiary of Recordati, a European pharmaceutical group, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals and Headquartered in Milan, where he served as Managing Director till 2019.
Mr. Dimakopoulos holds a PhD in Biological Sciences.
Christian Duchow
Global Entrepreneur
Christian Duchow, born in Hamburg, is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field as founder of several Healthcare companies.
He is considered a top-level expert in pharmaceutical industry worldwide. After holding management positions in several German Swiss and Belgium pharmaceutical companies, he founded the PharOS Group in 2002, with offices in Greece, Cyprus and Malta and in 2003 he co-founded the PharmSol Group in the United Arab Emirates with Offices in Germany, Malta, India and China.
In 2019 he founded and directs the companies The Bio Arte Limited in Malta.
Perikles Konstantinides
CEO of Syracuse Main, Inc
Perikles Konstantinides is the founder and CEO of Syracuse Main, Inc. He trained as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York, where he worked.
As an associate in Risk Management Advisory, and North American Mergers & Acquisitions. He was a venture capitalist at Commercial Capital, a leading private equity fund in Greece; Head of M&A at Marfin Investment Services SA; an independent financial consultant to Greek blue chip corporations; Founder and CEO of Crossing Communications Ltd., an online start-up that developed a leading travel information website; head of corporate finance advisory at Dynamic Securities/Attica Finance, the investment banking subsidiary of Attica Bank; Senior VP Finance of Credit Circle, an online P2P lender in New York and Salt Lake City.
Mr. Konstantinides holds a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University, a M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Charalambos Tsoukalas
Radiopharmaceutical Expert
Dr. Tsoukalas is the Head of R&D and Production of PET Radiopharmaceuticals in Biokosmos SA. A Pharmacist with 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
He was responsible for the designing and construction of the first and unique in Greece, state-of-the-art facilities, for the production of sterile PET Radiopharmaceuticals. He manages the Production and R&D function and the development of novel Radiopharmaceuticals drugs. Dr Tsoukalas is collaborating as Associate Researcher with the Institute of Nuclear & Radiological Sciences and Technology, Energy & Safety (INRASTES) of National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos”. He is participating in research programs founded by several International and National Organizations ( IAEA, EU, General Secretary of Research and Technology).
Dr. Tsoukalas holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Aristotle University and a PhD in Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry, with honors from the Aristotle University.
